Vision

CLEAR's long-term vision is a society where women and men have equal rights of access, control and ownership to land, property, land-based resources and are equitably enjoying their benefits.

Mission

CLEAR's mission is to influence the formulation and implementation of policies relevant to women’s access to and control over land, and land-based resources in Eastern Africa.

Niche

Operationally, CLEAR's niche is in influencing policy; participatory and action research, advocacy and networking; and capacity building with regard to women's land/property rights.

It aims to develop approaches from grassroots, national to regional levels, initiate advocacy activities on land reforms, information exchange, collaborative research and capacity building for empowerment of communities, policy debate, technical analysis of the same and gender sensitive implementation of land policies involving governments and civil society.

Career Opportunities

CLEAR is dedicated to the development and outreach of the communities we work in. To do so we are always looking for opportunities to support the residents and their families. On the technical aspect, we seek consultants in various skills, which we will announce on this web page as is required.

Finally, it is important for the CLEAR team to share the skills to upcoming leaders and students who are pursuing higher education from all over the globe , hence there arises an opportunity for internship within the organisation.
